Dennis Jacobs is recorded filing for this patent on January 1973, Patent # 3,871,122 and was received the patent on March 18,1975 for his invention on the Odon Dragonfly.

The bait came in 6 colors and was made of wood. His baits resembled a Dragonfly . All the baits were turned on a lathe and hand painted. Two rubber bands were attacked to the body to simulate wings and had two yellow stripes on the underside. The bait I have shows the belly hook on the opposite side of the bait compaired to the patent drawing.
